Avon Care Homes welcomes you to Bybrook House, situated close to the village of Box in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Just four miles from the historic city of Bath. Set in the beautiful Avon Valley.
Up to 30 older people reside in single or shared bedrooms, with ‘en-suite’ bathrooms. Each bedroom has a private telephone and TV point and the Home complies with all fire and safety regulations.
Avon Care Homes Bybrook House is centrally heated and warmly carpeted throughout and there is a fully automatic lift.
Two comfortable sitting rooms, a spacious dining room and a cosy, informal sun room all enjoy lovely views across the gardens and surrounding countryside. Residents may enjoy reading, television or entertaining friends.
Avon Care Homes qualified nurses and carers are led by our experienced Home Manager. Bybrook House staff are chosen for their kindness and friendliness as well as their nursing skills. Local doctors attend the Home each week. Visiting health professionals, speech therapists, physiotherapists and dentists visit frequently.
Hairdressing, specialist therapies, aromatherapy and beauty treatments are all available. Local clergy are welcomed at the Home and conduct services.
Many of our residents enjoy entertaining friends and family at Bybrook House whether for lunch, dinner or a picnic in the garden. Afternoon tea is served in the drawing room and guests are encouraged and welcome at any time.
