Cristina Bila is the founder and proprietor of MCB Investments and Avon Care Homes Ltd, a business she launched in 1995 with the opening of her first care home in Pembrokeshire. Since then, Cristina has had the privilege of expanding her vision for exceptional care through the acquisition and development of several additional homes.
Avon Care Homes is built on a strong foundation of core values and principles, with a deep commitment to respecting and supporting the individuals who choose to make our homes their own.
Cristina has created a collection of beautifully designed, luxurious, and characterful care homes, each with its own unique style. Her dedication and passion remain at the heart of the business she has proudly built.

Julia, our dedicated, passionate, and driven General Manager, is committed to transforming how we view ageing and later life.
Having been with Avon Care Homes for many year, including eight as Regional Manager, she leads the healthcare team across all our homes, working closely with managers to ensure the highest standards of care are achieved.
With a heartfelt mission to enrich the lives of everyone who calls our homes their own, Julia’s infectious positivity and passion inspire and uplift all those around her.
