Cristina Bila is the Proprietor of MCB Investments and Avon Care Homes Ltd. The business launched in 1995 with the first home in Pembrokeshire. Since then Cristina Bila has been very privileged to implement her vision of care with the purchase of other homes.
Avon Care Homes ethos is based on core values and principles which aim to respect the individuals who choose to reside in the Homes.
Cristina Bila has created individually styled homes which are all very luxurious and unique and is completely committed and passionate about the business built.
Julia is the General Manager, she believes in challenging the perceptions around age and later living. Julia has been with Avon Care Homes for many years, her previous role being the Regional Manager for eight years. She leads the health care for our group working directly with the managers.
Julia’s mission is to enrich the lives of people that choose to live with us. She has a positive outlook and energy that inspires those around her.
