With many years’ experience, Simon is an executive chef with a passion for creating seasonal, nutritious and delicious menus that caters and provides our residents with an extraordinary dining experience.
His Dishes are inspired by fresh and local ingredients with an outstanding presentation.

David is our garden manager. He has been in Avon care homes for many years.
He leads a very professional gardening team. He is responsible for looking after all our gardens both in terms of designing and landscaping ensuring that they are all looking very beautiful, individual and unique.
Avon Care homes has achieved recognition by the National Garden Scheme and David has been very actively involved in achieving this.
Ionel is our maintenance manager and he oversees and leads maintenance procedures and actions in the company.
He is very well versed in all maintenance process and health and safety regulations. He leads a very highly professional team and is responsible for ensuring that all the homes look their very best.
Ionel is involved in creating and renovating new facilities within the group.
